Groupon worst customer service - better buy in eBay

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PLANET I tried to contact them using their "call back procedure". After you go through a series of questions not related to your issue you finally get to section where you can decide to contact them by email, chat or call. CHAT!!! - please let me laugh - that looks great in their page but maybe it is not even active. Email - They said: Hi, Thanks for your submission! We typically respond to most emails in less than 24 hours, so you should be hearing from us soon. Regards, Groupon Support I wonder what kind of clock they use because after 24 hour normal time and no response. CALL!!! WOW that was really bad. I did many questions thing and request my call back. They said it would be in half hour. Many hours laters they send me an email telling me this: Hi, Unfortunately, due to technical issues we were unable to complete your requested call back.
